Admissions - Application deadline and Admission Procedures

The deadline for accepting application forms for the Bachelor of Arts Degree Program is June 2nd 2008.
Please notice that the deadline can be postponed according to space availability in each department, therefore check it with the International Relations Office (int.info@naba.it). Also, we suggest to apply as soon as you decide to attend NABA, in order to fulfill the language study requirement.
Non-European Union students must submit the request for admission through the Italian Embassy or Consulate in the candidate’s country of residence (procedure defined by the Ministry of University and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
Important note: it is necessary to start admission procedures through the Italian Embassy or Consulate in order to fulfil the document requirements within the established schedule.
The request of enrolment to the admission test for the Bachelor of Arts Degree program must be submitted to the Italian Embassy or Consulate in the candidate’s country of residence approximately between the 15th of April and the 15th of May each year.
In any case we suggest that you verify the exact period at the nearest Italian Embassy or Consulate. If students do not hold the high school diploma by this date, they must present the requested documents and a substitute certificate, instead of the high school diploma, then submit it by the end of July. It will be the Italian Representation in the candidate’s country of residence to send the documents to NABA, once they have accepted the applicant’s request.
By submitting the substitute or original high school diploma to Italian Authorities in the country of residence the candidate requests the admission to the Academy, therefore will have to fill in specific forms that will be provided either by the consulate or embassy and at the same time requests for his/her high school diploma to be translated, legalized and be given a value declaration certificate.
These documents are necessary to formally register the student into the Academy therefore into the Italian University system.
